Sweet & Savory Crostini - Appetizer
Pairs with White Rhône’s such as Stardust Viognier, and Alsatian Style whites Mermaid’s Fancy (
- One loaf of day old French Bread cut diagonally ¼ inch wide.
- Take apricot jam and spread on one side only of the Crostini (lightly do not overdo)
- Top with Gorgonzola or Stilton blue cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
