Pomodore Al Forno- Appetizer
Pairs with Red Rhone Blends, like Thunder and Zins like Rhapsody
- One pound of Roma tomatoes will yield 20 small appetizer servings
- Roma tomatoes, skinned, seeded and quartered ( You can buy large cans of diced tomatoes)
- For every pound, use enough olive oil to cover surface of large (12inch) skillet
- 2 Tablespoons of Turkish Oregano
- 2 teaspoons of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon of Salt and 1 t of black pepper
