| Winemakers Notes: | In order to fully express this great fruit from an incredible vineyard, we fermented and aged this wine
in stainless steel. A long cool ferment with frequent lees stirring was followed by racking and more lees stirring. Partial malolactic
fermentation balanced the acidity and imparted a soft, buttery character.
